Pixory

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 September 2026.

Who we are

Pixory currently operates through ARTWORKS DESIGN SRL, CUI 37603736, Str. Urușagului nr. 131, Florești, Cluj, Romania. For questions about personal data, contact hello@pixory.eu.

When you contact us

Our enquiry form requests your first name, last name, email address, subject and message. Your phone number is optional. We use this information to understand your request and reply by email or, where appropriate, phone. Without the required contact information, we may be unable to respond. Please avoid sending sensitive information unrelated to your enquiry.

Submissions are stored in our WordPress database through Formidable and an email notification is sent to hello@pixory.eu. Submission records also contain the submission time and IP address. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Why we process this information

Where you enquire about entering a contract with us in your own name, we process information necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For business-representative and other relevant enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence, under Article 6(1)(f). Website security and abuse prevention support our legitimate interest in protecting the service and its users. We do not use the contact form to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Who may handle the data

People authorised to handle your enquiry may access the relevant information. CLAUS WEB SRL (Clausweb) supplies the website hosting and email service. Providers supporting storage, delivery, maintenance and security may process relevant data as part of those services. The website uses WordPress, Formidable, Wordfence and LiteSpeed Cache. Having a plugin installed does not, by itself, mean that the plugin developer receives your enquiry. The form uses honeypot and denylist checks to help prevent spam.

Optional website analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, clicks on our email and telephone contact links, and counts of successfully submitted enquiries. The Analytics tag is not loaded until you choose “Accept analytics”. Choosing “Reject analytics” does not affect access to the website or submitting an enquiry. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Your analytics preference is stored locally in your browser for up to 180 days; clearing browser storage or using another browser may cause the question to appear again.

Analytics processes technical and usage information, such as page visits, device and browser characteristics, contact-link interaction categories and successful enquiry counts. Google receives technical request information when Analytics is loaded. We remove URL query parameters and fragments from the page and referrer information we supply, and do not send contact-form contents, email addresses or telephone numbers as analytics events. Automatic enhanced interaction measurement and Google Signals are not enabled in this integration; advertising consent remains denied. Analytics cookies have a configured lifetime of up to 180 days. This cookie lifetime is separate from Google’s retention of reporting data.

Google may process information outside the European Economic Area. See the Google Privacy Policy for information about Google’s processing and safeguards. Consent withdrawal stops this integration’s future analytics collection but does not automatically erase data previously processed. This analytics choice does not constitute consent for unrelated services or processing; embedded YouTube players are described separately below.

External resources and cookies

Pixory’s redesigned pages serve their fonts locally. Case-study pages include inline YouTube videos using Google’s privacy-enhanced player mode and lazy loading, without autoplay. Players are not blocked by a separate consent prompt on these pages. Loading or using an embedded player may disclose technical information, such as your IP address and request details, to Google, and the service may use cookies or similar technologies. Privacy-enhanced mode reduces personalization but does not eliminate data processing; lazy loading is not a consent mechanism. Google may process information outside the European Economic Area; see the Google Privacy Policy. Older legacy pages may still load external resources. This notice does not treat browsing, playing a video or an unrelated general cookie choice as blanket consent to all processing, and does not imply that all website data stays exclusively in Romania.

Technical cookies may also be used for website operation or authenticated administration. This policy does not treat a contact-form submission as consent to unrelated tracking or marketing.

How long we keep enquiries

For enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration, our retention rule is 12 months from the last conversation. The owner performs a monthly manual review to remove expired enquiries from WordPress and the corresponding email correspondence. This is not automatic deletion.

Records connected to a client engagement may need to be kept separately for the engagement, applicable legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, rather than being treated as unsuccessful enquiries.

Site backups are created manually using UpdraftPlus for recovery. They are separate from the active enquiry records and do not have automatic expiry configured. Deleting an active enquiry does not immediately remove every historical copy from a backup. Contact us about personal information that may remain in such copies; we assess the request and the handling of the relevant recovery copies separately. We do not promise an unverified fixed backup lifetime.

Your rights

You can contact hello@pixory.eu to request access, correction or, where applicable, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. These rights apply subject to their legal conditions. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. We may need information sufficient to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

You can complain to Romania’s data-protection authority, ANSPDCP. Information is available at dataprotection.ro.

Changes

We update this notice when relevant processing changes, including a change in the legal entity operating Pixory. The current operator is ARTWORKS DESIGN SRL; a possible future entity is not presented as the operator today.

Private PIXORY Travel Desk and Google account data

Artur uses a private travel-planning tool hosted on his TrueNAS server. With his Google permission, it reads Gmail messages and PDF attachments relevant to bookings and travel costs using read-only Gmail access. It stores an index of matching message headers and fetches message bodies and attachments when Artur opens them for review. Attachments are processed in memory and are not stored as files by this integration. A local AI model may prepare suggestions from retrieved text; Artur reviews them before a booking or cost is saved.

The same integration accesses Google Calendar events to check whether a trip already exists. It creates or updates a Calendar event only after Artur explicitly approves that individual event. It does not send, alter or delete Gmail messages, book travel or make payments. Google account data is used for this private travel workflow, not for advertising or sale. n8n and Travel Desk run on Artur’s TrueNAS server.

Artur can revoke access in his Google Account permissions. Locally stored travel records and the matching-message index can be deleted from the server on request, subject to records needed for invoicing or legal obligations. For access or deletion requests, contact hello@pixory.eu.
